1. How to confirm the high quality of the product you sent me?

2. Is this product safe?

3. Can I get a sample before bulk order?
-Yes, sample is available. We welcome sample order to confirm the specifications of our products, test and check quality. Any quantity order are welcome, but price will be different depend on different quantity.
4. Is it OK to print my logo on the product or do you provide OEM/ODM service ?

5. How to proceed an order ?
-It is welcomed that you initiate directly the credit insurance order on made-in-china or our office YEWSUN webside or by email to contact us. And you can also contact us with other requirements to place the order.
6. What is your terms of payment ?
-You can pay for your order through the web platform. Also we accept T/T transfer by bank, west union and other payment.For samples/small trial order, 100% payment by web platform or T/T , west union in advance. For big batch order, to be negotiated.
7. Is the freight on the website accurate?
-Please contact us before you order, the default freight on the website is basically calculated according to the usual air freight price, different countries, different order weight, different freight. Please contact us in time, we will provide you with the best shipping way and accurate freight.
8. When will the product be sent out and how are these products transported?
-For standard products that are in stock, we send them out within 3~7 working days after receiving payment, for custom products we usually send them out within 10-20 working days. You can arrange your forwarder to pick up goods. Or we can arrange different delivery according different weight and different regions, We offer door-to-door service for sending goods by DHL, UPS, Fedex or other airlines, According to the order. if whole parcel over a certain weight , we will ship it by sea, sea shipping is more econmical, and nearest port or airport name should be provided.
9. What is your warranty for products ?
